Yes - You will be covered by your cavity wall installers for a period of time initially after the installation. Your installers will also apply for your 25 year guarantee through CIGA - The Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency.

What if I already have cavity wall insulation?
If you already have some insulation in your cavity wall you may still be eligible for a cavity wall insulation "Top up" It is worth discussing your options with the Warmfront surveyor when they come out to you.

I live in a flat?
You can still have cavity wall insulation as long as you have permission from your neighbours both above and below you.
